Participants shift their life paths toward personal responsibility and fulfillment. The program combines workiorce development training with personalized mentoring/counseling. Kelm Academy provides the practical skills necessary for individuals to transition seamlessly into the workforce, and have a good sense of their own social status and personal goals to navigate their future responsibly.
